BGSU ArtsX – Process

  • Bowling Green State University hosts a one day Arts festival each year on campus and displays performances, crafts, and gifts. Each year there is a new theme around the event. The 2025 event theme of “Process” explored the dual meaning - the act of creation and movement. The guest artists featured Gabriel Brass Band. I had the opportunity to work alongside two other design students to help bring this event to life.

Working as a team was vital in making the 2025 ArtsX brand identity come to life. A collection of thoughts and ideas from the team helped shape the identity and overall feel of the event.

Conceptual Development

Throughout the process, many directions and approaches to the visual system were introduced. Research and trial and error were important to create an energetic feel for the event that displayed various different forms of art.
